Study Music in the USA
If you want to study music in the U.S., you might have a lot of questions. How do I prepare a music college’s application? Does the music school need language test scores or other academic scores? How do I prepare for an audition and interview? Is there any scholarship available for international students? And what is the career planning and development in the field of music?
On October 18th at 19:00 at the U.S Consulate in Guangzhou Lincoln Hall, EducationUSA will invite the Assistant Director of Admissions at Berklee College of Music to provide an overview of applying to U.S. music schools and careers in the music industry. Berklee describes itself as the preeminent institute of contemporary music and the performing arts, offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs at its campuses in Boston, Massachusetts and Valencia, Spain, and through its distance learning program, Berklee Online. At Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee —as at many of the numerous other music schools around the country—students explore interdisciplinary approaches to music, dance, theater, film, business, healthcare, education, technology, and more. Do not miss out on this great opportunity to learn more about post-secondary music education.
